Do you think they'll ever raise the age limit to 21 to get a tattoo or to smoke?

to get tattoos i seriously doubt it, cause alot of people i know who aren't even seniors like myself have tattoos. but i have the weirdest feeling that sometime in the near future they're going to raise the age limit to smoke to 21. i wouldn't care cause im 18 and smoke. cause just like when they raised the age limit to drink, those who were already 18 could still drink despite the age limit increase. so i think i'd be safe. but i mean hell, they're really startin to push this bullsh*t saying you can't smoke in most places. so i think its only a matter of time. what do you think?
