How can i keep my naturally curly hair straight with humidity?

my hair is naturally curly and i straighten it, alot. i have medium length scene hair n its blonde. whn i straighten it it looks awesome bt thn in lke 5 min my hair starts flipping.? well it just doesnt stay straight... help.?!
