Where can I get dessert nachos?

My friend used to work at a hotel, and he would always bring us 'dessert nachos' when he got off work. I dont remember what hotel it was, and I have lost contact with him. They were like fried tortillas with cinnamon and sugar, and they had ice cream and maybe some other ingredients. They are amazingly delicious, but I don't know where to get them.
