Pregnant after a vasectomy?

i am currently 7 months pregnant and curious to know if anyone else has gotten pregnant after their spouse has had a vasectomy? My husband had his 10 years ago. He did all the testing afterwards and was told he had a sperm count of zero. How is it possible that he was sterile and now isn't?
