Why do people think Triple H is going to save Raw?

Seriously everyones saying that Triple H is going to save Raw from being boring. How? Before Triple H went down wih the injury he was on Raw and was as stale as ever . Now Triple H will come back probaly turn heel and be even as stale as before . Triple H is past his prime and now with two weak legs he will be slow and predictable. They only thing in my opinion that will save Raw will be to push the young guys like Carlito,Shelton and others NOT pushing guys that have been in the spotlight for 10 years. Thats just my opinion,Whats yours?
