Are there any 360 games like these out soon?

For the racing aspect, you may like "Blur" or "Forza" They're pretty popular. As for games similar Final Fantasy games/RPGs, you might like the turn-based Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, or Kingdom of Fire: Circle of Doom (Which has received very polar opposite reviews) They aren't really new though. M Effect 2 is also a spectacular game, which is a fairly new RPG
