Can you tell me what is in my pool?

well i gave my dogs a kiddie pool. and now i want to know what is in it. because it has been sitting there for quite some time and i know its not a mosquito. it looks like a shrip. and by the looks of it it does not really seem to know where it is swimming.on its belly, it look like some sort of clear goo. but its head is a orange color. can you tell me what it is?
