Is this an appropriate gift for my niece, who is turning two today?

My son would LOVE that... but he is only 8 months old. I couldn't find any indication on an age range. I think the term "crawl" on there is what would make me hesitate just a little bit... but my instinct would say a 2 yera old will still love it.
