Issues with TTC please help?

Hi, i and my hubby have been TTC since Feb after one year of happy married life. In Feb v tried only once around ovulation day, in march my periods were a bit diff. the 1st day i found litttle lumpy thing and then nothing, then after a day i got something like my normal periods but not that normal..something pinkish,brownish....... I went to a gyn she did a UPT and was Neg. did a pelvic scan on CD8, stated some immature follicles present billaterally. some polycystic features but not much. Did ovulation scan CD13, stated no follicular growth evident. have been trying every alternate day from CD9 to CD14. do i have chances to conceive....... sorry for such a detailed question.....very confused..as to wat the ovulation scan meant.......i am really waiting for my cute little gift to soon arrive......hoping a positive this time........
