Looking for title of an 80s or 90s children movie that had a lot of monsters in it.?

I am looking for a specific movie that what I can remember there was Frankenstein, a vampire and werewolves among other kinds of monsters. I also remember that in the end all the monsters leave through some kind of time portal. I cant remember the name of the movie and is really driving me nuts.... please help.
