16 yr old partying should i be worried.?

kay my friend is 16 and since summer shes been partying every night either tht or shes at a rock concert everyone always calls her the insane one in a good way but i dont think its right tht shes 16 and partys till 3 am i confronted her about it and she said chill its summer but when i got a call from her sister at 4 am saying she needed support from her friends to be able to walk home then had to trow up and was still misbehaving while walking home im started to get wprried should i even care or should she just fall down then learn from her mistake
