Injury to a child : Does anyone have any similiar experience?

I know my opinion probably isn't worth much and I don't have much knowledge of these cases but after looking at my state statutes, and reading your story I think you'll be fine. It sounds like you're a great parent. I've got kids that don't mind a lot of the time. At times they can really test my nerves. You can check this statute out if you would like.
